Ingredients for Mexican-style nachos

·         1 hot jalapeño pepper (if you like it hot)

·         1 to 2 green onions

·         300 g of cheddar or Mexican cheese (2 cups)

·         300 g of nachos (roughly a packet)

·         Sliced black olives

·         Sour cream

·         1 tomato

·         Salsa sauce

·         Guacamole

·         Hot sauce, if you like it

 

Recipe for Mexican-style nachos

1. Take a baking sheet in the oven, or a cast iron pan

2.Preheat your oven to 180 ° C

3.Put a layer of nachos at the bottom

4.Grate the cheese, cut the tomato into small cubes, slice the green onion, slice the jalapeno

5.Lay a layer of grated cheese

6.Repeat the operation to the desired height

7.Bake for 10 to 15 minutes

8. Out of the oven, add the tomato, green onion, olives and chili rings
